Chocolate Creme Coffee Scrub
Our Chocolate Creme Coffee Scrub is made with Chocolate Creme coffee grounds, Mediterranean Sea Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, unsweetened Cocoa, and Vitamin E oil.
Coffee scrubs are beneficial in reducing cellulite. It is the caffeine it contains that provides the added health benefits as a scrub. When coffee is applied to the surface of your skin, it helps redistribute fat cells and decrease the formation of cellulite. It also helps to prevent varicose veins or even make them vanish! It also may act as a vasorestrictor - tightening and shrinking blood vessels, thus helping to reduce varicose veins. We added the unsweetened Cocoa, Sweet Almond Oil and Vitamin E Oil to help moisturize your skin.

Benefits of Using Our Natural Chocolate Sugar Scrub!
Exfoliation is the key to glowing, healthy skin. Using our Chocolate Sugar Scrub can help you achieve smooth skin and more. The benefits of a natural sugar scrub go beyond just cleansing skin – the healing, hydrating propertied found in a sugar scrub is perfect for all skin types.
Why Use a Sugar Scrub?
Sometimes just using a soap to cleanse skin is not enough to remove all the excess oil and dead skin cells – that’s where a sugar scrub can be extremely useful. Using a sugar scrub can help clean skin’s surface and unclog pores which helps with cell turnover. By using a sugar scrub weekly, you will see a huge difference in the way your skin looks and feels.
Why is a Sugar Scrub Different Than Other Body Scrubs?
Since a sugar scrub is all natural, there are no harsh side effects – this means you can use a sugar scrub no matter if you have oily, dry, combination or mature skin. Our Chocolate Sugar Scrub is made with a mixture of organic cane sugar, dark cocoa sugar, grapeseed oil, unsweetened cocoa, Vitamin E Oil and lemon juice.
Chocolate is beneficial in skin care as it has skin softening properties because it contains cocoa butter. It is used to smoothen out wrinkles due to its anti-oxidant properties. The anti-oxidant properties prevent free radicals from causing damage to the skin's elastin, other protein, and collagen. It nourishes and rejuvenates the skin.
How To Use a Sugar Scrub
For the best results, use a sugar scrub while taking a shower. After rinsing skin with a body wash, use a sugar scrub to exfoliate and condition the body. Apply a handful of sugar scrub to wet skin and massage in circular motion over the entire body. After rinsing off your sugar scrub, all of the dead skin cells and dirt will be removed and your skin will feel refreshed and healthy.
At Yellow Rose Gifts, Company, we carry a 4 oz. Natural Chocolate Sugar Scrub for $8.50. It comes in a white pet jar. We use only the finest quality ingredients in all of our natural bath & body products.

I love Valentine's Day! I have decided to find some new, fun and flirty recipes this year. I will be sharing these recipes with my readers. If you try any of these recipes, make sure you leave a comment in the comment section of the recipe. Enjoy!!
Pink Coconut, Triple Chocolate and Square Truffles
Ingredients
10 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup butter, cut up
2 cups shredded coconut
Pink gel food coloring or red food coloring (optional)
6 oz. chocolate-flavored candy coating, cut up
1/4 cup white chocolate baking pieces
1 tsp. shortening
Directions
1.In a medium microwave-safe bowl combine semisweet chocolate, whipping cream, and butter. Microcook, uncovered, on 100 percent power (high) for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth. If necessary, return chocolate mixture to microwave and cook on high for 30 seconds more; stir until smooth. Use to make Coconut Truffles, Triple Chocolate Truffles, or Square Truffles. Let truffles stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
2.PINK COCONUT TRUFFLES: After melting chocolate mixture, stir 2/3 cup coconut into the chocolate mixture. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours. Line two baking sheets with nonstick foil or lightly greased foil. Drop chocolate mixture from rounded teaspoons onto prepared sheets. Cover with waxed paper; freeze for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, tint remaining coconut, if desired, by combining coconut and 1 to 2 drops of gel pink food coloring or red food coloring; toss until coconut is tinted. Roll the chocolates between the palms of your hands into round balls, wetting hands if necessary. Roll the chocolate balls in remaining coconut; cover and refrigerate. Makes 35 truffles.
3.TRIPLE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES: After melting chocolate mixture in Step 1, above, cover bowl and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours. Line two baking sheets with nonstick foil or lightly greased foil. Drop chocolate mixture from rounded teaspoons onto prepared sheets. Cover with waxed paper; freeze for 10 minutes. In a small microwave-safe bowl microcook the chocolate-flavored candy coating on high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. If necessary, return to microwave and cook on high for 30 seconds more; stir until smooth. Using a fork, quickly dip the chocolate balls, one at a time, into coating. Draw the fork across the rim of the bowl to remove excess coating. Return to baking sheet. Let stand about 30 minutes or until coating is set. In another small bowl combine the white chocolate baking pieces and the shortening. Microcook on high for 30 seconds; stir until melted. If necessary, return to microwave and cook on high for 15 seconds more; stir until smooth. Drizzle over tops of chocolate-covered truffles. Let stand until set. Refrigerate truffles, tightly covered, up to 2 weeks. Makes 35 truffles.
4.SQUARE TRUFFLES: Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with nonstick foil or lightly greased foil, extending foil over edges of pan; set aside. Melt chocolate, whipping cream, and butter as in Step 1. Pour 3/4 cup chocolate mixture in prepared pan. Spread evenly. Sprinkle coconut evenly over chocolate layer. Pour remaining chocolate mixture over coconut; spread evenly. Freeze 1 to 48 hours. Use edges of foil to lift chocolate from pan. Cut chocolate into 36 squares. Place about 1/3 cup cocoa powder in a small bowl. Dredge truffles in cocoa powder. Refrigerate until 15 minutes before serving. Makes 35 truffles.

Benefits of Using A Coffee Scrub
Believe it or not, there are many benefits of using a coffee scrub.
The scent of coffee acts to clear a person's mind of excessive thoughts. The scent also works as an anti-depressant and can combat feelings of nausea. Using a coffee body scrub will allow you to take advantage of its aromatherapy features.
The main chemical in coffee is caffeine, a natural antioxidant. Antioxidants have many benefits, including heart disease- and cancer-fighting properties. Antioxidants also neutralize the effects of free radicals, which can damage the inner layer of skin. This damage is often reflected in age spots and wrinkles. When a coffee body scrub is applied, the skin absorbs this antioxidant and can help prevent premature aging.
Because coffee scrubs are made with coarse grounds and salt or sugar, they act as exfoliates for the skin. Regular exfoliation of the skin removes residual dirt and dead skin to give you younger looking, fresh skin. After the skin is exfoliated, it is able to absorb moisture more effectively as well. All beauty regimens should include exfoliation treatments, and the coffee scrub provides it.
The caffeine found in coffee scrubs typically increases blood flow and may reduce the appearance of cellulite. Even the action of applying the coffee scrub can help with these types of skin issues because squeezing and massaging the body helps to release toxins and fats held in the skin.
It is for all of the above reasons that I decided to create a natural coffee scrub to add to my bath/body product line. The ingredients used in my coffee scrub are all natural. I begin with fresh Chocolate Creme coffee grounds and then add Mediterranean Sea Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, unsweetened Cocoa, and Vitamin E Oil. There is an aroma of chocolate from the combination of the Chocolate Creme coffee grounds and the unsweetened cocoa.
I sell the Chocolate Creme Coffee Scrub in a 4 oz. White Pet Jar for $8.00.

Benefits of A Salt Glow
Salt Glow treatments are a hot new trend at Upscale Spas. A salt glow can bring forward refreshed, glowing, and revitalized skin. A salt glow can easily be performed in the privacy of your home. The exfoliation process sloughs off dull and dry skin, revealing your fresh and renewed layer. The salt glow is considered an invigorating procedure. It’s known to increase blood circulation, improve lymphatic circulation, and aid in detoxification. Overall, the salt glow has a rejuvenating as well as a cosmetic effect. A salt glow is also the perfect way to embrace the changing seasons, as it generates heat and natural moisture for some increased benefits.
How to give yourself a Salt Glow treatment:Apply the salt treatment, slowly massaging it over the body.
Once you have completed massaging the salt all over your body, step into the shower to rinse off the excess salt. Soap should be avoided since it can remove the protective layer of oil remaining from the treatment. Body lotion can be applied lightly to help seal in the glow.
Precautions
It’s recommended that you avoid waxing, sunbathing, or shaving the day before, the day of, and the day after a salt glow treatment. It is recommend that you allow at least 1 1/2 hours after eating before having this treatment. This allows time for your body to metabolize food.
Yellow Rose Gifts, Company carries several Natural Salt Glows for you to use in the privacy of your own home. We carry a Lemongrass Salt Glow, a Citrus Salt Glow and a Peppermint & Chocolate Salt Glow.
Visit our website at http://www.yellowrosegiftsco.com/ to purchase your Salt Glow.

Chocolate Milk To Lose Weight??!!
I was reading an article the other day that said to drink chocolate milk to help lose weight. The article stated to drink an 8 oz. glass in the morning, an 8 oz. glass before you worked out and an 8 oz. glass after you worked out. A study was done with a group that drank the chocolate milk every day and a group that did not. The group that drank the chocolate milk performed 49% better during their workout than the group that did not drink the chocolate milk. Imagine that! Of course, it is a well known fact that drinking milk helps you build muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories that you burn. Of course, the chocolate milk has to be 1% or Nonfat milk. I am definitely going to give this a try.
